As a successful diploma thesis, our colleague David implemented a new functionality in the Priscilla system that supports the activation of students during lectures. A comprehensive software solution for online voting integrated into the system’s micro-learning environment is designed and created.
The solution consists of a creative mode of quiz activities within the web application, which is created by the JavaScript framework Vue.js. At the same time, a multi-platform mobile application using Flutter technology called Equio is designed and created for the implementation of student quiz activities. Part of the work is the analysis of students’ activation approaches, and the research of available applications, as well as the comparison of web and mobile application development techniques.
The result is a combination of a web interface for asking questions to teachers and a mobile application allowing quick answers to them.
